Campaigns have not commenced but major roads are blocked and causing senseless gridlock. The campaigns must reflect new ethical standards that respect the rule of law.
The way and manner political accolytes, or political adherents conduct themselves would tell Nigerians who their principals are. If there must be a rally along major roads, it should not inconvenience other road users or damage our fragile economy.
It, therefore, behooves on Presidential aspirants to set moral, and ethical standards for their followers, because lawless campaigners will produce its like. We are watching.
