No section of Nigeria should suffer the excruciating, and perennial pains of commuting through Federal roads, the way passengers travelling along Edo-Delta axis have suffered in the last three years.
What wrong did the Edo-Delta people do to the Federal Government, which didn’t make the two states qualify for a special intervention to fix the failed portions of Warri-Sapele-Benin roads in the last 7 years of this administration?
How on earth can anyone justify being between Benin and Koko junction for 4 hours, which shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes drive?
The other two lanes to the left are completely blocked because of the very bad spot at Ologbo. That is why the only manageable portion on the right have people driving against traffic.
The unfortunate thing here is that Ologbo houses part of OML 98, a power plant and a modular refinery. Yet this town doing so much for Nigeria cannot sleep because its internal roads have been turned into connecting roads day and night. Sad!
Grace and peace!!!
