Among the APC Presidential aspirants is a man of faith and the Abraham of our present day. This Man of God believes that God told him he will be the successor to PMB and by extension the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. His name is Pastor Tunde Bakare.
I have watched his sermons on this prophesy. He has been consistent and stayed on a trajectory of the belief that God told him to succeed Buhari. He said so again early this morning when he was addressing the delegates.
However, the ways of God are not ours. God promised His children in Egypt that they shall inherit a land filled with milk and honey. They did, but it took decades.
Besides, is Pastor Bakare not sure that the promise to him by Buhari might be an underlay to that vision? If he is not the 16th, couldn’t that have been figurative with a later date fullfiment?
As the results come in later today, only one man that has been anointed by God and the thumbprints of the voters shall emerge. Who that is, I don’t know.
May the Man that would do the will of God and change Nigeria for good emerge victorious in Jesus name. Amen
