When managing sensitive information on cases of bombings, kidnappings, and terror attacks, I think there must be a situation room for collating and disseminating such information.

Military: What was relayed on Channels TV this morning by the Chief of Defence Staff was that one of the Owo terror attackers is an ISWAP kingpin that escaped from Kuje correctional centre.
First, the attack on St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo took place on June 5, 2022.
Second, the Kuje jailbreak was July 7, 2022.
From the narrations, there seem to be a disconnect and interagency rivalry at play. This MUST be avoided at this time.
