Leaders are to cure specific socio-economic ailments, take the people out of poverty, set the country or organization on the paths of prosperity and good times.
If things were working excellently well, there would be no need for change of leadership. When they emerge, they are not supposed to spend all their days lamenting or brooding over the past of its predecessors. If people looted the treasury, recover the money through expedited Judicial process, and stop the hemorrhaging.
The younger generation must learn from our flaws. They cannot afford the luxury of becoming complaints managers. There are specialized agencies for complaints and complainants.
That is why something must give in 2023.
