The consortium of airline owners can come together to build modular refineries across the nation to produce Aviation Turbine Kerosene popularly called ATK, which is used to power jets. That is the only way Nigeria can avoid the chaotic downstream palava.
Is there anything in the law books that says airline operators can not have depots, filling stations, refineries and oil wells? If they are not sure of what to do, let them consult Dangote that plays along almost all the value chains in agriculture, manufacturing and oil and Gas.
