Beyond Prayers: Nigeria’s Call to Action for National Development
Nigeria is a praying nation. I am sure it is one of the reasons we are still standing. Many churches have been reciting the prayer for Nigeria for over a decade. Yet, things seem not to be adding up.
I know God’s worth. I also know He can help change our narratives for good. But He says us, Nigeria! I love you so dearly and gave you mineral resources like no other nation. I ensure that all the nooks and crannies of Nigeria have different mineral resources. I created Nigeria with abundant resources that could make it more significant than all the developed nations. For instance, Nigeria has large lithium, which the advanced world is searching and looking for to drive the energy transition.
For me, God has been kind to us. He has freely given us humongous resources. What to do next is our hands, and prayers alone cannot do it, There is a place for prayers, and there is a place for actions. We must be able to use the two as appropriate. The bus stop we are at now requires purging ourselves, stopping compromising kingdom ethics, getting back to honest work, and working smart to stand.
When we do our bit, God shall again smile at us. Yes! We can!
Grace and peace!!!
