Don’t Fall for the Dirt: Rise Above Unkindness

Good morning and happy Sunday, my friends and family.

Experience has shown that managers and supervisors sometimes harbor a dislike for some of their subordinates without reason. Similarly, many people see nothing good in all you do. Their joy comes from putting you down, mocking your dreams, and throwing dirt at you. They may turn against you because you refuse to acquire their enemies. That’s just who they are, and they are everywhere.

Please do not fall for their unfriendly and uncharitable acts. Do not dance to their loud, meaningless music.

While they smear you with dirt, introspect and identify which areas of your life need adjustments and refinement. But please do not look back as a sad person. Do not plan for revenge because vengeance is the Lord’s.

A plan for vengeance weakens our spiritual self and opens our inner spiritual guards and security to attack. Therefore, use the energy you would spend planning for vengeance to focus on the prize and move on.

In doing so, you will perpetually remain ahead of them.
