Your Time Will Come: The Value of Diligence and Integrity at Work

I have seen those with lesser grades become multimillionaires with first class brains working for them. That does not make the first class brains less fortunate.

The truth is that money alone does not determine your self-worth. Doing our bits to support our employers builds us for a tomorrow’s opportunity when experience becomes a key need to move higher in our vocations.

Working for others diligently and honestly opens doors for those who know that times and tides have their places in our affairs. Do good always to your internal and external customers. Have a good heart and be calm because your time will come.

Do not cut corners and cheat your employers. Such acts destroy. If you support the business of others to grow, God will also bless the works of your hands in due season.
