Saluting the Great Women of the Universe on International Women’s Day

Dear Women,

I come as a man with a sweet Mother to salute you, Great Women of the universe, on this special International Women’s day.

Women are our first shelter, our first refinery, through whom we were fed in a human pipeline called the placenta, and they have not stopped caring for us. Women gave us our first tutorials in almost every sphere of life- how to feed, bathe, hug, etc. So, what can we really do without women?

Women have set records of imperishable attainments in commerce, the military, teaching, medicine, law, technology, etc.

Therefore, I cannot thank women enough for all they do to comfort the world. I cannot appreciate them enough for their kindness and resilience in seeing children through turbulent childhoods.

As Nigeria concludes these ongoing elections, the critical political actors must positively respond to giving the girl-child compulsory and qualitative education. They must also affirm and say NO to forced child marriages.

Women are Great, and no controversy about that. Thank you, women, and I trust you had a fun-filled day.
