Embracing Resilience: Navigating Through Turbulent Times with Hope and Action

My dear friends, challenges are inevitable for any living being. Challenges have been with us from creation, and adversities will keep coming. I read about the World Wars and the Holocaust, saw the 2000s global economic meltdown, and witnessed the horrendous cataclysms of HIV, Ebola, and COVID-19 that ravaged the world. There is nothing to show that the mutating viruses are relenting apart from making capitalists and conflict entrepreneurs richer.

We are now witnessing hunger like never before, the worst inflation in our economic history, and the fear of bandits enveloping our souls with caution about where to go and where not to go. Folks, like the pilot, would say to us while approaching severe turbulence, belt up securely and brace up. No matter the tide, after the dark clouds come a clear sky. Our survival is sure despite the call to brace up in these uncommon times.

Today is dark, but our day shall break with testimonies to the glory of God. But to survive the current socio-economic turbulence, we must adopt a new formula, and doing nothing is not an option.

Grace and peace!!!
