Embracing Hope Amidst Adversity: A Reflection on Life’s Ups and Downs

When cement was N500, some of us couldn’t build a house. But when cement was selling for thousands of Naira, those who couldn’t build houses when cement was N500 built. When airfare was N50,000, many couldn’t travel by air, but some flew for the first time when tickets were sold for N150,000.

In these challenging times, I have seen children bless their parents with cars and houses and send them travel tickets. I have seen brothers and sisters pull each other up. Why worry? Why lose hope?

Life does not totally shut us out of what we aspire to have. Just be patient while you work because it might take time to come.

As long as we rejoice with others when they succeed, have good intentions for others, have faith in what our passion can deliver, and focus on the essential things without wavering, it might just be a matter of time before we have those things directly or by proxies or through the blessings of others. Just keep moving.

Grace and peace!!!
