Rising Above Adversity: Embracing Hope and Resilience in Challenging Times

My dear countrymen and women! I empathize with all we are currently going through. I come to you in peace to give hope and encourage us not to lose hope amid the wars (wars of kidnapping, banditry, insurgency, hunger, disease, poverty, etc.) confronting us everywhere.

Let us not listen to doomsday naysayers telling us that the end has come. There was a time in this country when armed robbery was so prevalent that armed robbers would accost you on the roads and even write letters saying they were visiting homes, giving dates and times. They also told us the end had come. When HIV and COVID-19 surfaced at different times, they told us the world was ending. Years later, we are still here.

As long as the day will break, let us have the courage to go out there and do something for a living. People might mock us, but never mind. Be happy because the end shall justify the means. We shall overcome.

Grace and peace!!!
