Seeking Truth: The Absence of Hatred in Holy Texts and the Pitfalls of Unethical Tactics

In which holy books can anybody find the phrase, “hate your brother, sister, neighbour or even enemy?”

Can anyone please help me with a scriptural quote or a passage that says, “For anyone to inherit the kingdom of God, that person should spread words of hatred to destroy a brother, sister or a neighbor?”

If none of the above, why do people think that it is fair to blackmail or smear people with mud to get to the next level? Don’t they know that when they get into office or an exalted position using anti-ethical maneuvers, that they too will reap worse things than those they brought down using ungodly tactics?

Just wanting to learn and to know for me to become a better person as I strive to serve humanity.
