Dr. Louis Brown Ogbeifun is a retired NNPC Manager of Employee Relations and a seasoned conflict resolution expert known for mediating major industrial disputes in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. With qualifications in nursing, public administration, and health planning, he is certified by global institutions and affiliated with key mediation and management bodies. He serves on several professional councils, presents regularly at conferences, and has volunteered as a Special Marshal with the FRSC since 1997.
